Energy Management recognizes that every person is an energetic being, moving about in an energetic maze called the Universe. Jackie helps you learn how to align your passion, purpose, values, and actions in order to move through this maze with greater ease and grace.

The practice of Energy Management debunks the myths of time and stress management, recognizing that there is no such thing as managing time and there’s no such thing as stress. Jackie’s approach helps people engage in an inquiry about how they’re currently managing their life energy and where they want to make adjustments that empower themselves with a clearer sense of purpose.
Once people fully embrace the new paradigm of Energy Management and put the supporting practices in place, their experience of life transforms.
